Newsletter Composer
I am looking for a dedicated fan or writer who is willing to write the newsletter to staff members, which will be posted on the site, under the newsletter section. For this job, you must be a creative person who is good at writing. Do note that the issues of the newsletter will require correct punctuation, grammar, and must have accuracy! Weekly newsletter!
RavenSymoneFanSite Vice President
This person will have a lot of responsibility. You will help me to make sure that everyone is doing their job. You will also have to add pictures to the Picture section of RavenSymoneFanSite. If you have trouble finding pictures of Raven, just let me know, and I can help or find someone who may be willing to help!
Secretary
The secretary is in charge of giving me new ideas on the site! They will also tell me who's complaining or needs help with their job. So, this will be the person people can contact if they need anything, or if you can't get in touch with me! You will also take other peoples' ideas and let me know about them to see if we can put them into action!
Publicist
This employee will be relied upon to let other people know about RavenSymoneFanSite! You can search up other sites and maybe comment them, letting them know that our site is out there! You will also handle all of the wheeling and dealing with affiliates and special offers! This job can be filled by more than one person!
Layout Maker
I need someone who will be able to make at least three layouts a week! You can make more than that! I need a dedicated and commited person who is also good at making layouts! They know their way around codes or can at least figure them out! [When you apply for this job, make sure you leave a link for me to see one of the layouts you made! Make sure the layout is directed to an Xanga site]! This position can be filled by more than one peson!
Icon Maker
The heading is quote obvious! All you have to do is create Raven-Symone' icons for the site! You must make atleast ten icons every week! You can definitely make more than that, though! Make sure they are featuring/promoting/representing Raven-Symone'! Make sure you leave me a sample of one of the icons that you made! I may ask for another if I recognize the icon from somewhere else, or tell you exactly what to do for the icon! This position can be filled by more than one person.
Information Gatherer
The information gatherer will be responsible for making sure that I know the latest information! Or at least making sure that it is on the site! How can I keep a site when there is not even enough info on it?
Button Maker
As the layout maker and the icon maker, the button maker position can be filled by more than one person! All you have to do is make buttons for other fan sites! Not all Raven fan sites have buttons to promote their site so you can make the buttons for them! You can also make buttons for other sites that are just personal, etc. Sometimes, I may ask you to make this site a button or another/all section(s) of RavenSymoneFanSite! Don't forget to leave a sample of an original button created by you!
Contest Host
The contest host will have to think of new ideas for contest, and get people to enter! You have to update the site at least every three days with a new contest or at least an update for the site! Make sure that you are creative and you're very persuasive, because you will need to persuade people to enter your wonderful contest! Am I right? Yeah, I'm right!
Creative Thinker
The creative thinker has to think of new ideas for RavenSymoneFanSite! I know the secretary has to think of ideas, but I need more than one person! This site needs to be better than it is, and I need new ideas fro different fans! I'm sure you have a lot! So please get those applications in!
